It’s time for Spring Cleaning and there is no more perfect way to get rid of the things you no longer find useful than the annual Blakeney Greens Community Yard Sale. Each participating household must purchase a permit from the city of Charlotte. Visit the link below to apply for your permit.

Scheduled date is May 4th with a May 11th Rain Date. “Yard Sale” signs will be placed at all 3 entrances to Blakeney Greens the Friday before the yard sale.

If you are participating, bring your items to the front of the street in front of your home. No yard sale activity in the alleys please. Blakeney Greens as two HOA sanctioned yard sales annually. Individual yard sales in Blakeney Greens are not allowed.
